Sanctuary Roasting is a chef-inspired specialty coffee roaster based in Clovis, California, serving the greater Fresno area. Founded by Chef Vatche, a 24-year culinary veteran and Guy's Grocery Games winner, every batch is hand-roasted in small quantities on American-made equipment. Rooted in Armenian coffee heritage and scored 82+ by certified Q-graders, our single origin coffees and signature blends are available for home delivery, wholesale partnerships, and at select Clovis and Fresno retailers.
