Every bag of Sanctuary coffee is hand-roasted weekly on American roasters at our Clovis roastery, 12 W Palo Alto Avenue. Days later, those same beans are served at Sanctuary Coffee Refuge in Fresno — so you can walk in, taste a cup pulled from a fresh batch, then take a bag home.

Most roasters can't show you their roastery. Most roasters don't have a café where you can taste their coffee within a week of roasting. We do both.
