Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

 

Because our coffee is roasted to order and perishable, we do not accept returns on coffee. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

 

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you're unhappy with the freshness or quality of your coffee, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@sanctuaryroasting.com with your order number and a photo (if the item was damaged). We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

  • - Wrong items received
  • - Quality or freshness issues

How to request a resolution: Email us at admin@sanctuaryroasting.com within 30 days of delivery. There is no need to ship anything back — we handle resolution by email.
